Plan of Subdivision, Consolidation or Survey

The LPI Office now requires a plan of redefinition or consolidation be prepared and registered before the Strata Plan will be registered. This plan should be lodged and registered well before the strata plan is finalized.

The plan of subdivision must be lodged and registered at the LPI Office before separate titles will be issued, in order to sell the lots individually.
