Draft 88B Instrument

I am able to prepare a draft 88b Instrument (so long as it is a statutory easement or one where the terms of the easement or restriction are supplied) which will have the word “draft” printed on it as a water mark.

I can email this draft to your solicitor for checking and removing the water mark “draft” on it. He/she will then be responsible for this document.

Surveyors can not legally produce an 88B instrument. Only a solicitor or conveyancer can do so.
