As Constructed Survey

For development applications where there is to be a subdivision via a linen plan or a strata plan or where the development application requires an on-site detention basin (above or below ground), the council will require an as-constructed survey to be done.

This shows what has actually been built so it can be compared with what has been approved.

The designer will then have to certify that the built structure works as it is designed to.
